Shipping

Orders are packaged and shipped within 1 business day of receiving your order. Packages are shipped using USPS First Class Mail for Domestic, and USPS Priority Mail for international orders. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number.

To avoid surprise Custom's Duties and Taxes for International orders, you are welcome to purchase through our eBay store which will calculate and collect these fees up front helping ensure a timely delivery without surprise costs.

Returns

There is a 30 day return policy with no questions asked. Provided your product is undamaged and in good condition, Barch Designs will refund the cost of the product minus a 10% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please contact us for an RMA number when returning your product. This number should be written on the outside of the box. You will be credited within 1 business day after the product is received back to us.
